Mission statement:

- Enhancement of agricultural knowledge and skills and enabling leading farmers and entrepreneurial capabilities in Alborz province  in national and international levels as well.

- Strengthening knowledge-based agriculture in order to achieve the goals of resilient economies with the focus on jihadi culture and management. - Empowering human resources in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

- Training the future farmers in Iran by emphasizing on the potential capacity of rural youths.

- Writing and implementing different specialized and skill training programs (in-person, virtual and correspondence) by the use of modern technologies and private sector capacity.

- Setting up growth, entrepreneurship, and innovative center with the focus on modern technologies in agriculture.

- Establishing and strengthening scientific and applied relations with national and international education and research institutes.

- Continuous and institutional cooperation with Agricultural Science &Technology Parks and Natural Resources and other related parks.

- Taking advantage of the private sector potentials to develop training and research programs.
